A few kilometers from the city, in the
enchanting landscape of the hills of Parma,
prestigious house of the eighteenth century,
Villa, completely restored retaining the charm
that represented the golden refuge of some of
the most noble families of Parma for
centuries. Historically, the villa was built by
the Counts Boscoli, feudal lords and owners
of the Marquis of Ravara, in early 1600. In the
second half of the eighteenth century the
possession of the entire estate passed into
the hands of a French noble family, and the
the villa, converted in a `country casinò`, was
known as `Casino Lebrun.` During the later
Duchy of Marie Louise, with the extinction of
the Lebrun family at Arola, the villa was sold
to the Marquis Adalberto, senior adviser to the
City of Parma and Chamberlain. After, who
brought fame to its name, the villa was bought
in the late nineteenth century by Baron Robert
Baracco, and it will finish its history as a noble
residence owned by the noble Zileri-Dal
Verme. During the centuries, various owners
have made renovations and restorations to its
architectural forms, but the magnificent
elegance that distinguishes Villa Pallavicini is
still found intact in its interiors, in large rooms
carefully decorated. The result is a unique
representation of the passion and dedication
of its current owners. The atmosphere is
elegant and cozy, in the heart of an oasis of
peace and prestige, that is set against the
attractive outline of the castle of Torrechiara
that draws the horizon.
